While the evasion is nice, the most important part of the shield is the capability of insane ES, which your shield unfortunately lacks.

This shield is not a bad choice as a placeholder as the spell block is pretty nice and the ES is comparable to what you want on a spiked shield.

Thanks for the posts on this build, it's pretty amazing!

1. I do get hit by projectiles. The majority of them however are evaded thanks to blind, or blocked. The ones that do get through are usually reduced to 0 damage thanks to Arctic Armor--if they are physical or fire.

2. I haven't swapped to Saffell's for any fights yet, it's basically there for Piety and Megaera.

3. I don't have spell block currently, but thanks to the heal on block on The Anvil every time I do block in mixed rooms--which most are--my life stays topped off.

4. I prefer Ranger because it's centrally located within all the nodes I wanted, including the extremely nice new Ballistics Mastery. I wouldn't choose any other class as it would contain plenty of wasted points, but if you are playing on softcore you can afford to lose a few.

What do you consider to be your end all gear, do you feel you need many upgrades to continue being invicible?

Was killing bosses/anything tanky for you such a pain in the butt while you were leveling??? Because it certainly is for me so far with so little damage. It looks like EK has enough damage at max level but as im progressing through the game with it, i just feel like it takes a so long to kill anything tanky. A lot of times i just skip the rare monsters.

what's the tree progression after level 80?

I'm at 80 and didn't get the reduced mana nodes to the bottom left as I'm using alpha howl's (I'm actually using a slightly different build without the anvil and tempest shield). It basically is just an EB tanky EK ranger.

Is enough damage for u? I feel like its low dmg. I mean my question was , is this build have dmg? U didint took any of damage passives and etc. Thanks for ur time.

This build is exactly what I was looking for. I'm rather new so I don't really get everything yet - could you tell me what stats I'm looking to prioritize on armor and weapons? I'm not really 100% sure what I should be buying.

Anyone have any idea what would best work as the 6th support gem for ek?
