Loot stolen on permanent allocation?

Ok, I misunderstood you. In that case I have to say the loot isn't allocated to you. It's not allocated at all. Saying someone stole it is silly when on their screen it was available to be picked up just like on your screen. You could just as easily say you were going to steal his loot.

I've only seen unallocated loot drop when the drop is far enough away from whatver caused the drop (ie arrow that goes beyond the shooter's view) or some objects that are broken by spells. Never from a monster dying near the players.
