i uninstalled poe, reinstalled it, and I still don't have no pack check?
Are you using steam?
I am, for some reason I can only receive PoE patches @ steam.

I also had this when changing my display settings (turned off vsync) and character swapped when i put the vsync back on, closed the client then tried the character again it seemed to work, so either that or the other guys fix unless yours is as specific as mine.

Same problem here, It happens every 2rth or 3th zone/map i enter
this gets annoying.
