Game has huge flaws, developers making bizarre choices

I would only add that time and so-called "not replying" are relative.

our hospital, for example, had a chief complaint of longest ED wait time in the tristate. Then they released (after nearly two years) live-ins, per se, which granted MAGNET and level I/III status. It was a hush hush, then big "surprise!"

I'd like to hope this is the case relatively as well for this game.

Actually, lets be more accurate here, people were asking for a way to lower vision radius, they didn't specifically ask for it as a mod. In fact in that massive thread, majority of the people wanted it as a keystone, and the developers (i.e. GGG) deliberately went against it

Also, there have been as many players that are annoyed about the vision radius mod as there are people happy. More importantly, people specifically may not dislike the vision radius mod, but they dislike it implicitely due to the fact they are getting useless mods on their items
Was on my phone earlier:

1) RoA, LA, FP, GS, Ele Cleave, Fire Traps, Fire Balls, Ice Shot, Explosive Arrow, Power Siphon, EK, totems, summoners, team builds (conduit, multi curse user), discharge, and several more. ALL are 100% end game viable.

2) Reflect is easy for elemental yes. While with physical, you must leech or use Vaal Pact + Leech while having decent regen. The ONLY one that can be difficult is crit EK. Which it should be.

Lightning thorns is meant to affect high attack speed/AoE players. LA chain for example. Guess what, quit using the "spray and pray" method. If you see them, stop, take out the casters first. Have a single shot attack. Easy.

3) Kaoms and Shavronne. That's it. Rares beat the others people call "godly"

The rest was either meh. Such as the new mods, which I do wish Light radius would have been an aura.

Mob AI could use improvement.

P.S. I have 3 lvl 85+ characters. A lvl 77 in the month race. And working on my next build as well. I've done PLENTY of maps. Use poestatistics.com next time.

EDIT: All of the skills in #1, can have countless builds too.

Take those players as a percentage of your community that would find that mod useful.

Scale the rarity of said mod relative to that populace.

That's fair.

It's fine and dandy you added something to the game for certain players of certain niche builds to use.

Why all the ele dmg mods and IAS on gear? I don't use those. Please remove.

Please let me know if you are honestly comparing Light Radius to Increased Attack Speed.

If you are seriously comparing these two things, one of the following must be true:

1) You have never actually been to maps
2) You are trolling.

I don't resent rolling attack speed on items as a caster. Nor do I resent rolling cast speed as an attacking character.

I absolutely resent rolling light radius. On any character.

Know anybody running around saying:

"WTB LIGHT RADIUS GEAR, PAYING LOTS NEED LIGHT RADIUS + ATTACK SPEED + ___" ?

You know where all that light radius gear is? It's wherever gear goes when it gets thrown to the vendor. Maybe you get lucky and you have 5 great mods...and light radius. Too bad you didn't have a sixth good mod.

See, this is why I think it's not a good idea for Devs to respond directly to posters like this. The more attention you give them, the more bitterly they complain.

I don't get you. Even though you have some valid ideas/complaints I find myself unable to agree with anything you say because you're such an ass for no reason. You can get your points across without having to make personal attacks that are based on nothing.

In my eyes, once you start bashing people everything you said is meaningless. It just becomes noise from another upset person. Go rage but I hope nothing you say actually gets talked about seriously by the devs.

Hrm. I agree. I think what you do say has incredible merit in fact. It makes perfect logical sense.

I suggest they add a new item affix to the game in your honor, that could be rolled on any magic or rare item in the game.

How about we give it: "+__% increased chance to evade while unarmed"

The possible range should probably be fairly low as unarmed builds are potentially extremely overpowered.

I suggest a cap of 4% as an ilvl 76 affix. It should also be a fairly common affix to encourage people to dodge attacks while unarmed...Why not make it about as common as the new light radius affix?

This could open up new doors for new interesting builds!!!!

At the very least, we can be sure that whatever players out there are regularly in a situation where they need to evade attacks while unarmed,...They will send GGG a big long thank-you letter for going through the effort to add this incredibly useful mod.
