why not an orb of radiance as a 6th mod slot adds 1-50% light radius applying again will reroll the %. problem solved

the format of a race incentives me to spend my orbs at specific timing points rather than just hoard them to "buy" something like an OP unique to build my character around

More likely it is to be able to trade efficiently. You know, the same reason most people used it in D2. Tons of people that use JSP have never bought forum gold, they simply trade items for forum gold and use that to trade for items. Essentially it is used to facilitate trade due to the game doing a very poor job of it at this point in its lifecycle.

So you and the guy who posted the link are also part of jsp.

I think most people who played D2 with any level of seriousness have jsp accounts from that :) The charge is not about having an account, it's about having PoE related activity.

Except using forum gold to trade is explicitly against the rules in the ToS.

I think this is GGG's first real game, that would explain the bizarre decisions they've made so far.

By GGG's 3rd game, they might have a winner.

But as of right now, I'll stay away from their 2nd game. My time is more valuable than that.
