I came here from Diablo 3!!! [Please post here if you did as well!]

Here from D3

I'm another one of the Tristram exiles, and I'm glad to have found a new home on Wraeclast :-)
Played D3 for ~150 hours, and I really enjoyed the first 100 of them. I don't regret buying & playing D3, I still think it's a nice game. But it's just that: nice. It's no Diablo 2. It does a lot of things right, but it has absolutely no long-term motivation for me. I've played PoE for just 20 hours now, and I'm already in love with this game. I'm repeating countless others when saying: "This is how D3 should have been!" I'm so happy with it I'm seriously considering getting a gold pack.
I still hope D3 will somehow come round, but I don't hold my breath for it. They say that PoE is "beta", but what is D3 then?!

I just love that several people fund PoE (and get their betakey) through $$ from D3 RMAH. How's that for irony ?

And to those debating wether to "buy in" or not, trust me you won't regret having storecredits to buy extra stashtabs :) (and they will carry over after Beta in case you wondered).

Need...to...stash...more...loot...

I'm currently playing Diablo 3, but have seen nothing but positives from reviews on youtube for POE. It looks so versatile and dark, the skill tree, the monsters, the skills, the gems, and the end game maps...what a great idea that is, can't wait to jump on board!!

Tried out D3 beta only (played D1/D2 since release) but this game seems much more fun in the long run =P

I, too, have been playing D3.
After browsing these forums I must say the community here feels 100% better.
