Adding to the wiki

And now Dell just called and said they can't get someone to come fix it until Monday. Makes me wonder why I bothered buying a warranty in the first place.

Sorry everyone!
Finally got the melee skill table up that I was talking about, you can see it here.

Hopefully it'll help people when building melee characters. It certainly helped me.

Question: When examining the wiki I could not find the table. How does one get to the table through the wiki's home page?
They said I was mad! They said it couldn't be done! But now who's mad?!?!

What exactly do you mean?
Bumping this for all the new people.

Path of Exile Wiki

There are several dedicated people adding more information daily, it's also a great place to store notes/builds that you can quickly access from any computer.

Edit: Silva, maybe you could edit your first post to link to the wiki?

Would you believe that after more than a year, the shoutwiki guys have managed to fix their stuff? hehe

The wiki there is severely out of date now, having been based mainly off information gleaned from screenshots and videos. A couple of nice blasts from the past though, like the Multicast gem, and the different in game font

Well damn. I thought it'd never happen. We had some good stuff set up there. I liked all the CSS that we did with the gear tables.

I have made an account on the wiki and I am looking to help as I can.

I have looked at the gem-sites and while I think they are generally well crafted, I would like to suggest that they are standardized a bit more: Specifically the gem-experience limits are something many forget. Also, let me propose a standard setup:
needed level, needed attributes(alphabetic order), Effects(alphabetic order), Manacost(this one is pretty important! You can be see it in the "character panel") and experience limit to level up for the gem as the last column.
I know a few people will get a bit frustrated since they have to do extra work to help, but I think it is important to get as many informations as possible.
I appear to be living in "Romance Standard Time". That has to be good! :)
I don't know if there's anything to be done about it, but recently spam and spambots have increased a lot. For a few weeks it was quiet, but now we're getting 3 to 5 each day. It's a bit ridiculous.

If you're joining the wiki, I'd appreciate it if you update your user page to indicate you're human/link back to your PoE account.

It's good to see that we've got so many new (real) people helping though. The skill gems and support gems are slowly getting filled in, and we're getting the passives underway. It's really starting to come together, and I want to say thanks for being great.
So who all is working on this?

After my little blunder here on the forum.. I figure I could spend my time building a Unique Item Compendium on the wiki. Something a little more.. permanent, haha.
