youre not comparing like for like tho right? full completing this atlas is different to full completing the previous one.


in the old system with 32 watchstones you had half ur atlas being t16 maps. now with 2 voidstones you have half your atlas being t16 maps. so 2 voidstones is now the same as the old 32 watchstones when it comes to being at the point where you are a t16 farmer.

its way easier to get 2 voidstones than 32 watchstones. the bosses were not more accessible, they were less accessible to beat them 32 times than the new bosses 1 time each, and they are not really harder than the conquerors when ur doing the green versions theyre really easy.

you get the same stuff but its easier to get, more simple, quicker. you get the passive points a lot easier, you ge to t16 maps without needing to kill any bosses. all that power locked behind forgotten realms is now on the atlas tree and you get access to it very quickly.

the stuff thats harder that youre talking about, it is there for sure, but that harder stuff is only to make your entire atlas into t16 maps which was never in the game before. thats an extra layer thats been added and something you dont even really want to do. i have 4 stones, id never use 4 voidstones, itll ruin your map drops. the most i would ever use is 3.

Yes there is T16 maps on the atlas without voidstones.

BUT :

1/ It is T16 layouts chosen by GGG for the time being and probably some of those you don't like to run

2/ Red map sustain is horrible if you don't have at least 2 voidstones

3/ The most easy voidstones to obtain are those of the new bosses, whom most buids won't be able to do without a heavy grind / investment

4/ Looting low tier white or yellow maps on a T14 is still BS

5/ Gating sextants mods behind voistones should not be a thing either.

GGG needs to make more content for very late endgame and make the access to voidstones easier than what it is now.

TLDR : Cut the grind to access full T16 Atlas.
Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic...

This is so not true unless you are barely squeaking by at T16 in which case why do you want to farm them you shouldn't have any problem at all with the story versions of the new bosses.

They were surprisingly easy, I was expecting Sirus roughly but they are more like fighting Baran or Drox it isn't hard content the first time.
Fanboys and fanatics praising bad design is nothing new.

And hundreds more.

None of those listen to fanboys or fanatics because nobody with any sense listens to fanboys or fanatics, you can't just lump people you disagree with as white knights then list their apparent failures lmao


I disagree with most of your points because you are totally ignoring the Atlas tree in this.

If you want to boss and you spec your points into Map sustain, + dropchance of conq + synth maps, bonus chance for boss uniques, chance to double boss progress,
then you basically can bypass all of your complaints.

Do that and simply run City Square, a map that can be completed by any build in less than 1 minute and you will be able to fight a pinnacle boss every 20 minutes while getting a lot of map drops from the map boss + eldritch currency.

I dont see the grind.

The eldritch currency is worth a lot, the uniques are good, you could even just sell the invitations to make profit.

So basically everything you said is wrong, sucks to suck.

yet have to see a conqueror and i'm not really sad about it cause i'm not really sure if my 3 stone golems could do enough damage.

first time ever since heavy strike/cleave times that i'm stuck AND not really in the mood to change it.

t10 maps can be fun too...
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
i only run port and the occasional adjacent map. i only have 2 watch stones.

most bosses can be purchased from other players(some exceptions: delve, exarch/eater, maven).

niko can give you shaper/elder guardians and conquerors pretty consistently.

there are solutions to your problem. look for them.

p.s. i heard voidstones are bugged, 4 voidstones fucks map sustain so don't socket all 4. or so people say idk only have 2
Chiming in to say I love the changes this league. Furthest I've ever progressed on my own in maps.

Those stones were stupid.
