[3.22] Energy Blade Hiero, The Jedi | Choose your path : Light Side or Dark Side

Hi Exiles/Jedi !

The use of Cleave and then Sweep didn't prove very efficient.
But I have found better : Lightning Strike, which works much more smoothly, thanks to the projectiles and the Vaal version of the skill.
I have switched to a 2H to maximize the DPS.

I have retained Stoffeboy9's idea of buffing the Ancestral totems, so I've put them on a 6L.
But I haven't taken Ancestral Bond, because I like to do some dmg myself. Besides, if you deal no damage, you can't get the Fortify buff and I don't like that at all.

So the build feels more Jedi now.

But I'm still improving it by testing new stuff, so I'll post an upgraded version, with some demo videos.

- No mana reserved with Discipline + Eternal Blessing
- Two large cluster jewels, one for melee attacks and one for lightning dmg
- Small clusters for life and ES
- Helmet enchant : +3 proj for Lightning Strike

3.19 Balance Manifesto

Two nice buffs :

* Mind Over Matter now grants 40% of dmg taken from mana before life (from 30%).

* Energy Blade now has "Two Handed Energy Blades have 70% more Lightning Damage" (previously 50%).

Also, Chainbreaker keystone has been reworked :
"It now grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second, Mana Recovery from regeneration is not applied, and Skills cost +3 Rage."

I wonder if it will be possible to use Rage (and finally turn our Jedi to the Dark Side ;) I've tested this possibility some time ago, but the investment wasn't worth it.

Today, I have more than 250 mana regen per sec, which would become 10 Rage. Not enough yet, but there might be ways to improve this.

Hi Exiles !

This is it : the Jedi has turned to the dark side !

With the rework of Chainbreaker, it's now easier to use Rage : mana regen is replaced by 1 Rage regenerated per 25 mana regen.

I've replaced Lightning Strike with Rage Vortex.

To sustain the Rage, I'm adding two Mindfulness notables on small cluster jewels : 30% inc max mana and 160% inc mana regen rate while stationary.
+ Berserking cluster for +10 max Rage.
+ Berserk gem !



Now you can choose your side between the Lightning and the Rage ! ;)

VERY interested in this build... would love to see some progression notes from lvl 1 to endgame, or if you could give a quick debrief on what passives to hit first early on and what starter skills should be used.
