Why did you choose to support?

Is it weird that I developed a strange craving for kiwis while reading these forums?

I just bought a beta key because i was so sick and tired of D3, Didnt think much about it just thought is was another f2p game but once i started playing i instantly fell inlove with the diablo 2 feel. Once this game goes into open beta i plan on spending a bit more just to suppport this awesome company :D :D

First I get the early pack just for the key to test i out. Then, I was blown away by the fact that its only in closed beta and the game ALREADY LOOKS AWESOME!

But I became supporter mainly because I heard that no more kiwi once open beta starts, so I got mine :)

And look forward to upgrade my pack...

Honestly, because it was only $10 and I spend more than that on lunch every day.

I'd like to say that I have some sense of pride in the indy company taking on the big guys, but I know how this ends.

I've seen Mythic, Blizzard, and countless other companies come and go from the hearts of their fanbase.

I hope GGG luck but there's quite a bit of work to do still.

I'm a disgruntled D3 player. I saw several posts about PoE in the D3 forums, gave it a look, and figured for $25 how could I go wrong. So far I've only played a few hours, but I am already happier with PoE in beta than I ever was with D3 live (on those occasions when it is live).

Another disappointed D3 kid here. Started it up with beta key, about crapped myself with the skill tree, and upgraded to bronze immediately to get two buddies in that figured D2 style games were on the back burner for a while after D3 blew up in our faces.

I got my beta key by giveaway. I played a bit and I see huge potential in game. I also love often updates and patches. And sice your game is so great it would be sin not tu support it.

Now Kiwiw is mine mwahahaha (evil laugh), also I have additional key for one of my friends :D.

I did it partly because of being disgruntled with D3 but mainly because that lead me to learning more about the industry and how screwed companies working for CEO's and share holders are.

I think it is vitally important to support those who have real passion for what they are doing, who care about their users and the content of their game. It is also important for the industry as a whole that quality small developers are successful.

Of course I love the game as well and it is worth it, I know it will have staying power for me.

I already was in beta, but after seeing how many hours a day i was playing this game, i realised that TOG was seeing less and less playtime from me. And since I already paid full pricefor TOG! I realised that GGG deserved better.

I love the rawness of the game. almost limitless freedomto choose your playingstyle.
