There are a few things that easy to change and would boost your dmg by 30% and your survivability.
1. Drop Herald of ice and Fortify. On my point both gems are pretty bad for dps or survivability.
2. Use Empower for Wrath, Discipline and Smite.
3. Your Gems are wrong placed.
Wrath, Discipline and Smite are Gems thats get most of gem lvl --> Helm with Empower
Zealorty, Haste, Precision needs lvl and quality. --> Gloves
Divergent Purity of Ele/Ice and Vitality just needs gem quality. --> Boots
Shield --> Grace, Determination, Hatred

After the changes
Get anomalous grace, purity of fire, purity of lightning
for more defense, connect enhance to divergent determination
also instead of self control you could get sublime form or uncompromising and move grace/determination else where and put other 50% auras in shield.

Firstly thanks for the guide. I spent good amount of currency on build with your base and build feels good atm. Only upgrades are tailwind/elusive boots and anomalous grace right now thats not 200+ ex currency. Im holding my 6% reserved amulet for es on it but i can go for 7% simplex when i have the currency. I wanna ask, is there any other upgrade or changes that i should make for dps or survivability?

Get Transcendence quickly, it makes you immortal.
And you can remove pure might and get more aura effect.
For boots, you can buy any boots with +1 to level of socketed gems, will give you 10% dps
Upgrade wathcher's eye
of course grace, you need shock and ignite immunity. its a must.
can replace jewels with spell damage, lightning damage or elemental damage.

You can face tank sirus at 150ex, you just need to use Militant faith, It gives you Transcendence.
You can stand in the maze and die beams and also the lasers 8 stacks die beams.
thanks for reply akshay, i been building the 500+ ex version on standard, and i noticed when i dropped 2 pure talents on the tree, they both would not activate together.
am i missing somthing? or can you not use 2 pure talents. i dropped them in the same spot at on the 500ex pob
i also noticed might of the meek doesnt have mana reserveed on it, if i cant use 2 pure talents i could always add 1% here then add a little more str in the build to make up hopefully. any thoughts?

You can use only 1 pure talent. It says limited to 1.
Get corrupted ring which say cannot be ignited
you need might of the meek, it doubles the other nodes in the area
you can get might of meek with 1% corruption, they are expensive in league. around 150ex

i dont get it, i keep putting in 1% reduced man reserved but wrath,haste and zealotry stay at 1% so it is impossible for me to go CI. What am I missing? (STANDARD)

You need alternate quality gems, you have to wait.
You can try to get cannot be ignited implicit on rings.
Try to get boots which have cannot be shocked on shocked ground. Forgot the name, its an unique boots.
Otherwise your build is great, You can remove purity of elements for skitter bots.
