Thanks for guide! I was looking for guide like that for few days, because I wanted to try this build. I got only one concern, how is budget version working? I got around 20 ex to spend right now, is it enough to comfortably farm t14-t16? Idc about killing Sirus right now, but I'd like fast mapper that can kill conquerors.

I bough Inpulsa and 6linked in 4 fusings :) ... So its few ex more in my budget to start

You can easilly farm T16's with low budget. You don't need to 6L even, one is enough.
Items below will cover everything up to Awakener lvl 8. Total of around 10ex with Glorious Vanity and one 6L or 12,5EX with 2 6L

Great, I should easily afford that. Do you have any suggestions on upgrade path then? What is top priority?
Based on importance:
Calamitous Visions -> Staff or Chest (If you get explode chest, swap out gloves for Algor Mortis and add Cold snapp to CWDT setup) -> Helmet with +1 power charge and if possible -9 lightning res -> Boots with Tailwind (Easy to get with crit augment if you have it)
