I have improved the build with the Phantasmal alternate quality of Lightning Tendrils.
--> the skill deals 60% of base dmg, but the stronger pulse now deals 250% more dmg (compared to 50% more for the default quality).

Long story short, the Phantasmal version deals 17% more dmg. And the stronger pulse deals double dmg compared to the default version, which allows to inflict stronger chill and shock.

Here is a new video featuring it, against the Elder fight witnessed by Maven :

I have realised that I've made several mistakes about Phantasmal LT DPS in my last video.

It means that Phantasmal LT is not as good as I thought... but it's not bad either.

TL;DR :
With Phantasmal LT,
- normal pulses deal 40% less dmg
- the Stronger Pulse deals 40% more dmg

> Overall, you lose DPS but can inflict stronger chills and shocks against bosses.

I have upgraded the Tempest's Binding helmet to the Tempest's Liberation.


The Greater Harbinger of Storms has increased shock and chills effects. But to what amount, I have no idea. Is it 18% like level 20 Skitterbots ?

Also, I couldn't bear anymore the lack of AoE due to Concentrated Effect, so I've bought an Awakened Controlled Destruction.
On the paper, that's less DPS, but it's practically more thx to the larger radius.

There are two excerpts with the Infused Trickster, where I'm using Vaal RF and then Hydrosphere to replace Orb of Storms.

here are some news of the build.

I have tested two things :

* A low-life version.

That's 30% more dmg on the paper. But I had to change the tree, change the stuff, and at the end, I had gained maybe 15% dmg.
Also, it was breaking all the defenses, which come from the combo of : MoM + EB + Corrupted Soul + Frost Shield.
I wanted to replace Frost Shield with Sigil of Power, since I was now spending mana. But I had not enough of it to really fuel the Sigil.
In the end, I was gaining DPS at the cost of losing massive amount of defenses. It was a bad trade-off. So I went back to the life-based version.

* The Admiral

I really dig this armour for its unique mod :
"Elemental Damage you Deal with Hits is Resisted by lowest Elemental Resistance instead"
You lower one resistance, forcing enemies to use it against all your elem dmg.
My idea was to do so with Elemental Equilibrium.

With Call of the Brotherhood ring, Lightning Tendrils deals 50% cold dmg / 50% lightning, as I've shown in this video. With EE, enemies would gain 25% light and cold res, and lose 50% fire res. With The Admiral, they would actually resist my cold and lightning dmg with their fire res.
A net gain of 15% dmg.

But it had a domino effect : I had to give up Wave of Conviction, (which deals dmg of the three elements), so I lose the -25% res of Exposure to gain the -50% of EE. Also, I was forced to deal no fire dmg with LT, since it would break the synergy. Which prevented me from igniting enemies and so cancelled the advantage of the Cinderswallow Flask (ignited enemies take 10% inc dmg).

And when I tried it, I realized how good it is to be shocked-immune with the Inpulsa, ie I died a lot more with the Admiral ! This and the loss of the unique lightning explosions, which you can't get anywhere else.
These two features are just too good to give up.

The Admiral would probably be a good item for another build (I am theorycrafting one), but it does not fit the Infused Trickster.
Inpulsa is BiS, period.

After these two failed attempts, I have found one good improvement : replacing Orb of Storms with Hydrosphere as a buffer skill. Contrary to OoS, Hydrosphere can be moved everywhere, plus it can go through all obstacles and even walls.

Sometimes, if not always, the simplest ideas are the best. Let's just knock down the mobs like pins !

I have added Vaal Righteous Fire into the build against bosses.
(I have also tried to add Righteous Fire all the time, thx to Vitality aura, but that was too complicated due to the ED/MoM setup.)

Clocking at 4mn, this video is a bit longer than usual. It features detailed explanations about the setup, and a large choice of bosses, including : Veritania, the Crimson Mayor, Darnaw, the Phoenix and the Purifier.
