Several good news for the build in the 3.15 manifesto :

- Lightning Tendrils is buffed : stronger pulse deals 100% more dmg (up from 50%). I'll calculate whether it's still worth to use Phantasmal version.

- Lower ailment threshold for bosses = it will be easier to chill and shock them.

- Visual indications for chill and shock ailments, on you and on bosses. Very useful with the self-chill setup.

- I will test Voltaxic Burst, either on a 4L or channeled with LT.

Sadly, no it won't.
Now, you will need the Fulcrum unique staff, which will be quite busted : reflects ailments you inflict, lucky hits while shocked, penetrates elem resis while chilled.

The Fulcrum will be one the few sources of lucky hits.

Hey,

I'm in vacations atm, I won't play before next week.
But if I could play for launch, here is what I would do :

1- Use LT and then Phantasmal LT against bosses to finally know the amount of shock we can inflict on them.
Btw, with the buff to the stronger pulse, the best quality for Phantasmal LT is now 15% (before that was 17 or 18%).

2- Test Voltaxic Burst for farming, either on a 4L (replacing Hydrosphere) or with CwC LT.

3- Try to synchronize Lightning Warp and Voltaxic Burst : load VB, warp so as to land in the middle of packs just before VB explodes !
Voltaxic Warp !
Double lightning/chaosplosions !

So if you guys want to try some of that and give me feedback, you are very welcome.

While waiting, here is my last video for 3.14 : it's a kind of crossover between PoE and Cyberpunk, where I'm going into a 10 boss fight and then some heavy farming :

did divine ire work with LT and CwC?

You cannot channel Divine Ire with LT because it is already a channeling skill.

Otherwise, you can use Divine Ire as your main skill or Storm Burst (in these cases, be sure to use Physical to Lightning support). These two skills are good for clear, I think DI is inferior for bossing and SB is ok.

i dont understand how petrified blood work in this build? can you explain?

Petrified Blood triggers the low-life condition, which allows to use the Pain Attunement keystone (30% more spell damage when on low-life).
