I confirm, but it was not my first char ever, more likely the first char I went on the new atlas with.

Before this patch, I was able to acquire 12 Watchstones in 2-3 days.
After the patch, I have ran more than 150 maps without a single Conqueror encounter. Have tried what I did before, alternating areas, doing inner or corner maps, doing Tier III maps as some people have suggested, mid-Tier or high-Tier maps. No one to be seen. | |
" Same here. Level 4; fought Sirus before having all watchstone altars discovered. Cannot spawn anymore conquerors. ~80ish maps so far of low/high tiers. |
