It's happening every other map for me on every EU server (Frankfurt, Paris, Milan)

It's also happening for me.

Nearly every time I take a portal I am getting a long loading screen, and then I get kicked to the login screen with the message "Disconnected Failed to connect to instance".
Switching gateway has no effect. Newest patch. Edit: Getting the same error simply trying to log into the game now. Last edited by Shandyboy on Jul 10, 2020, 4:36:57 PM

Patch 3.11.1 F got me same "bug". 1 in 5 changing areas i get kicked to loging screen with a Failed to connect to instance note. How to fix it?

Quick update, Clicking Repair while in uinstall screen dont fix it, but Uinstaliing and Installing again fixed it for me ;)

I have the same issue. Whenever I try to load a character, I'm kicked back to login screen.

Same problem for me aswell today, iam from EU and it works only to play in singapore realm -.-

Same problem here. I have been trying to play since this morning and it's impossible. I have tried, Paris, London, Amterdam, Washington...
