This is also happening to me. So far I've only tried one map but entering all portals resulted in the same disconnect:

Not going to try any more maps.
Edit: Tried a few low tier maps. Two out of four maps crashed when entering all portals, two maps worked as normal. Also failed to connect when attempting to enter the lab area, whereas mines and menagerie were fine. Seems completely random but I'll give playing a miss for now.

This has been fixed, new instances on the Japan realm should no longer be experiencing this problem.
