I think it would have been more interesting if they said the secondary arc chains once by default. If you include fork, does that mean each fork will have a secondary? that sounds crazy.

Always loved Arc and being a relatively new player, I was saddened to see it was not as reliable single target and end-game in 3.2 as I would hope.

oooh, this puts my plans to use blasphemy into question. Curse on hit just about tripled in effectiveness and its my favorite way of spreading it.

" I ran an Arc witch build in Flashback race league. Loads of fun. I just used Storm Call for single target and combined it (alternating between the 2) for mobs. Worked very well. Alternative is to swap out Arc with Lightning Tendrils for single target dps as explained by Mathil: Arc Totems, The Uber Elder Slayers - Gameplay & Guide: Edit: Storm Call has the advantage of being able to cast it all the way across the screen where as Lightning Tendrils has a very short range if self-casting. " Think you misunderstood... if you take the passive 1 extra totem, it comes with a "you can't do damage yourself". That would keep you from self-casting vaal arc. |
