Here are the gem details for the reworked Arc Skill!
Wow...a mini fork attached to it?
Single Target damage buff? Vaal Arc buffs Normal Arc? And now I might actually use Chain Support for the first time in ...5 years? Color me ecstatic. |

Small spelling error. You wrote 'Simultainiously' in the Vaal Arc. It's 'Simultaneously'.
But still love it :D |

so, minor mechanical question then:
on the regular version, the secondary arcs can chain no further, but will they benefit from the 'more damage for each remaining chain' left on the main arc? Or would they get no bonus because the secondary arc has 0 chains remaining? regardless though, that single-target buff... average damage raised from around 460 to a little over 500, but with 105% more damage on the first target. It's gonna have around 1300 base dps for single-target, that's really nice. Last edited by Shppy#6163 on May 28, 2018, 6:38:35 PM

Got to wonder how four arc totems will do. Might be my starter.

Hope we see a full reveal of Dominating Blow today. Will be very disappointed if it doesn't make it in this "revamp" wave.

Vaal arc dosn't have tags and level?
ps. what's lucky mean for a caster? In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great. Last edited by PsVRTwo#1022 on May 28, 2018, 6:49:19 PM

" So the lucky portion of vaal arc means while the buff is active, the dmg for arc is rolled twice and the larger number is taken. With the big dmg range arc has this is a very nice benefit. |

" the entirety of the vaal arc gem is being shown, vaal arc gem will grant both skills. The tags are all shown at the top (as tags are a property of gems, not skills), as is the level and other gem-related stuff (like quality, level/attribute requirements, and xp). 'lucky' means whatever factor is rolled twice and the preferable result is taken. In this case, dealing damage with arc is lucky, which means while you have that buff arc will roll its damage twice and use the better result (which is a very big deal for lightning skills with their wildly-variable damage. (and for reference, 'unlucky' means pretty much the same except the *worse* roll will be used) " it does, it's just apparently not '10% shock chance at 20q' like regular arc (cuz vaal arc alawys shocks). I'm assuming it's 30% increased shock duration at 20q. Last edited by Shppy#6163 on May 28, 2018, 6:57:10 PM
