As I already suggested in one of many such threads here on forum. Let us cry hard for two brutal "last stand" options: 1. to turn off ALL particle effects 2. to turn on full resource preload while zoning (~whole resource set apropriate for given location) Then we at least could try for ourselves, what is causing the FPS spikes. Please GGG, let me lower the spell effects for my party members. I can play solo fine but if I'm in a party I have no certainty that I'll make it out alive. I'm in Cruel Fellshrine atm and that's all I feel safe doing with the lag spikes.
