Can't play in a party that isn't entirely EK. I have no problem running Far Cry 3, Dota 2, Starcraft 2, Hitman, Skyrim, etc. on my 3870 ATI card. I know it's old but if there's absolutely no problem with these AAA games that look so much better, I feel something should be done about this.

my point exactly. I had problems running the game.Instead of whinging on about it like its everyone else's fault i bought a new card to play the game after i had exhausted all other options. You sound like a child throwing a fit.

Translation:
My car had no tires when i bought it, but instead of whining i just bought a new one and let the seller keep my money for the first one.
You Sir sound like a stupid person and i'm sure everyone agrees on that.

Can we get back on topic now? I think you made a fool of yourself enough for today - not even being able to read that several PCs and cards produce the same problems, as soon as random configuration combinations occur - not every similar Radeon XXXX or Nvidia XXX runs the game smooth or poorly, so it's like finding a needle in a haystack.

Don't bother, these forums are infested with fanboys who will deny left and right that there is a problem. Just look at other posts on the forum, someone mentions bad performance and they get some bullshit story about how their videocard must be out of date, even though it runs better looking / less intensive games without any problems. For a real laugh, mention the problem ingame; people will fly in to defend GGG and insist that it must be your computer because the game is running fine for them and if it's fine for them no one else could possibly have a problem.

I was able to solve the fps drop problem for a while with some obscure fix I found on the forums but since the last couple of patches the game is once again unplayable. It's become apparent that GGG won't (or more likely can't) fix the problem, and with people like this around they will never feel the need to do so anyway.
The Lead Dev answered your questions.

Ya you have old vid cards, upgrade or keep crying about it. Youre right though,GGG should put everything on hold and fix problems you and your wooden vid card are having playing a F2P game, you win.

I might have a solution to this problem i had the same fps problems for weeks but i kept playing through it. The other day i was going to play League of legends and i got the same fps drops so i was going to reinstall my whole computer to see if that would fix it, but before i was going to do it i did a quick Google search and found a solution. Run the game as administrator and it fixed the problem. it might be something that has already been suggested here if so im sorry didn't feel like reading through it all. If you have not tried this do it won't take you long.

For you who don't know how to set a program to run as administrator:
Right click go into properties then Compatibility and check the box at the button that says run this program as Administrator.

I am also using an old graphic card no new drivers for 2 years and this worked for me
