Whats bannable or not is totally in the hands of the devs. But if they do, they need a way to stop the use of this particular automation. ... and this could piss of quite some players and maybe themself (limiting the gameplay in a way they dont like). " It could be (juridical) when the devs choose to do so. Thats all what im saying. Its not up to us to choose whats bannable and whats not. The interpretaion of the TuO/ToI is uppon devs, not us. Unless you try to change that on (what) court.^^ ... but honestly, do you really think farming like that is something good for the game in mid or longterm? Should it be a (necessary) part of the game? |

Its nearly impossible to trace and detect, and then punishing it is nearly impossible as well. Ban the account? Which one? All of them? What if they werent using their main to multibox? Bummer. Watching this game go down the drain by the day. Already seeing more trolls in game doing this. Already seeing the effects big time in the economy. Way to ruin the game losers.

" PoE is not deep enough to last more then a couple months the way it is atm. Anemic loot drops and insanely slow post~75xp do not keep people playing very long. If you try you can hit a veritable wall in your character progression in days, maybe weeks at most. The game evolves when people work their way through content. If GGG is going to continue being totally silent on this issue then you need to deal with it. Everyone keeps talking about how this game is supposed to be so cutthroat and hardcore. This thread is not about content releases. This is people complaining about multiboxing/logging. GGG has said shit all about it.
1 act a year? Unless the game design changes dramatically that's a solid ~3 hours of story content a year. There are other ways to improve your character, namely the loot everyone complains about. |

I consider this problem to be a response to players with little to do but farm. These same players simply look for the most efficient way to farm.
I feel strongly that Multilogging is a response, to whatever extent, to boredom. |
