You don't have to shield charge to get scourge to procs, it also procs on orb of storms or ball lightning, even desecrate procs it if you damage something with it i believe. My only problem with this build is what happens when you are in a prolonged fight where you can't stand and cast still for long. There isn't a lot of them in the game, but things like guardians with extra hp/ele resists, or vaal temple trio can put a serious damper in my exp bar. Hey guys, i'm having troubles with mana atm, can't summon many raging spirits because my MoM always spend it. I've just got some zombies for meat shield, so i can summon at least 10 spirits.
