Failed to join any instances !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fixit now

Completed Vaal Pyramid map. When I tried to portal out got an error stating Error: Failed to join instance because disconnected from server. I could log onto page and shop but any attempt to use portal from Vaal map failed... Finally opted for character selection screen with the hopes I could go back to hideout and rejoin map but no luck. When I got back to the hideout no portal were there, could not go back to Vaal map and recover nay of the loot... PLease assist.

GGG gets a crash report every time the client or an instance crashes. This has been going on forever, it isn't recent by any stretch of the term. There is no quick/easy fix for this or it would have been done already. Sitting here with me too posts etc is pointless and useless. You aren't giving them any information that they don't already have and the only thing you are doing is spamming this forum.
They want crash reports posted here that have reproducible steps which it says in the stickies, which should be read. this is tricky request to players - to find reproducible steps, while no one of players has access to tester's support tools and capabilities (not to mention access to program's debugging tools and program code itself). This game is not non-commercial program - GGG have opportunity to hire testing team, which should find reproducible steps for this bug. Actually this _is_ the job of testing team - to find reproducible steps, this is not the job of players. retired from forum because of censorship and discrimination

Again again again and again...im so aggressiv right now..waste my time with this bs. I have the feeling GGG do not care about any reports with this problem, whatever the way u report it. I know that spam the forum isnt helping. But what to do??? Everytime this happen i just wanna die, damn. Thx for giving me this feelings. If the new patch have same issues iam done with.

If you want to debate the merits of what GGG asks of it's users when posting to whatever forum, go to the feedback forum and discuss it there, where such discussions belong. As I said, GGG only needs reports when players have reproducible steps. They are going to go with the information that they get through their telemetry, since it by far outweighs what any poster generally puts in their posts, such as: maps mods, tile sets, your complete character stats (Keystone nodes, Ascendancy, etc), inventory, equipped items, skills, monster types, ...and whatever other variables they may keep track of. While use leaguestone, if dont use leaguestone. Just got crash of instance. All as usual - go on map, out(sometimes) for trade and then cant come back. Lost about 10+ t16 cards and not cheapest leaguestones for 1 day. Before yesterday it nevers happens to me for all league.

Tried to play tropical island today on EU... All 3 out of 3 ended in Failed to join instance :/

" I don't really belive they are aware of "Failed to join instance" problem. It's not crash with players, I'm not sure if instance really crashed or initial instance just lost link to "crashed" instance. |
