3.0 UPDATED] Raider Elemental Crit Spectral Throw - Shaper and t16 viable

Your wrath is level 5. Go buy a level 20 one, corrupted, for like 2 chaos. You'll see the difference.
You have almost 0 damage on your jewelery. Spell damage doesnt work with this build. ST is an attack.
Dont use the first snow jewel, it's meant for freezing pulse. Get a rare one with life and at least one damage stat, like attack speed.
You're using 2 points to grab the +30 int in the middle of the tree, when you can use only 1 to get the one at the bottom right.

Saw so much improvement today. Hit a 6l, got a new sword, same DPS overal but my crit rose and managed to rejig rings around so I could improve them. Still stuck with the amulet because I need so much INT But the crucial thing was I specced out of the lightning damage and pen at the top right and went for the crit / sword wheel. Damage and crit shot up, highly recommend over the 35% Increased Light damage and 8 Pen.


Yesterday I was 16k and 16Crit in hideout, with all my changes I went to 25K in hideout with 41 Crit.

Damage fully buffed with all flasks and hastes is like 55k GMP and 105k Slower proj. Sure it's not hands of wisdom super CI damage build but its going so much better. I like the fact its an off meta build and it takes a while to scale, it makes the league last longer.

It might not be as good as HOWA but if I was playing that build I'd get bored because it ramps up so quickly. Going to stick with this build and keep improving, cheers for the help with my gear. But yeah really recommend changing the pen to the crit wheel

What you guys think of +40% ST Damage enchanted Devoto's helm versus Starkonja?

Big downside is with the amount of HP% I have, I lose 300hp from Starkonja alone - from 6147 to 5840. I imagine the 40% damage outweighs the 25% global crit, I'm already at 47% crit in hideout and 58%+ with 3 power charges, so it knocks off around 1-2% or so... not a biggie. The slight amount of chaos resist is a bonus.

I mentioned this earlier in this thread, I'm using a 40% ST damage devoto's because you're not going to get a 40% ST starkonjas unless you do it yourself. (good luck with that). In temp leagues uber lab runners only do popular helms like hubris, devotos, rats nest etc.

Oh boy loving to play this build + my luck this league droping over 8ex + other valuable shit i'm already maxing all i can so fast, 32.7k dps with GMP in ho.

Will try uber soon, dont know if i should wait for my empower to get lvl 3 and get some extra dps from that or 32k is good enough. Depending on how it goes will go for shaper since im only missing chimera part.

Farming Uber lab is really easy with this build(and we need that for starkonja enchant), we can dps izaro really quick, even when i had 26k dps and carrying friends.You can leave all adds alive+argus for some really good loot at the end wich will pay for all the entrances u will need to buy. If you do want to do that and not go only for the enchant DON'T try to face thank his hits just dps while he is doing retarded animations, we are not CI the bonus ele dmg he gets from some supports is way too much even with ~6khp. Oh and the vaal pact doesn't help at all on traps you can either not use vinktar(geting hit by izaro shocked without all frenzys is rip 100%) only diamond+atziri and 3 health pots or like i do, take all time needed and understand the traps patterns using only one hp flask.

Edit1: Uber atziri done (35.4k GMP DPS in ho / 6K HP), i died once for the vaals, lol wtf right? the easiest part. Atziri waaay easyer than trio(btw, explode the rain of spikes bitch or u get fucked).
I didn't mentioned guardians before, i did die on them but mostly cus it was my first try ever on them so don't have the mechanics 100% and minotaur lots of crits bonus, phoenix and hydra temp chains maps still managed to kill them all.
Will try chimera now to get last fragment and do shaper.

Edit3:First shaper try, rip died like real noob. But hey we learn from our mistakes, second try 1 portal left, still have to improve, but its done.

THANK YOU so much for this build. Insanely fun to play and 100% end game viable, for me that had never taken shaper down was really amazing, it's really boring having to pay someone for that challange every league. Plus i don't even have spectral throw enchant or empower and elinghten lvl 4/3 /yet/ wich would increase my dps making even easier the fights. Ofc i got lucky dropped lots of exalts and was able to improve my gear really fast but still didn't felt like a weak build leveling or doing maps while grinding those exalts with really shitty stuff.

Also I have two final questions.

Lioneye's Vision Crusader Plate" would 100 life and pierce be better then 40% life of a belly, I know chromes would be hard but eventually I could get it if it's worth.


For the vinktars, I know the 10% pen one is "best" but the added lightening gives me an extra 10k damage. Unsure which is best

To answer your question about lioneye's vision. I imported my build in Path of Building.

Right now I have:
- 57k dps (when selecting "buffed")
- 5930 life

When I replace the Belly with the Lioneye's vision, I have:
- 65k dps
- 5524 life (with perfect life roll)

So yea, that's a huge lost in life, but definitely a decent dps increase.

About vinktar, I took one with flat ele damage, it was cheaper and it's still good. I think the highest the mob resistances are, the better 10% pen becomes. But they're both good.
