Don't just fucking give me a fucking answer like "We just want to balance the game play or whatever balance something out", these kinds of fucking ridiculous excuses.

They nerf super OP meta builds for a reason y'all. Are we going to have to go through this same crybaby bullshit every major patch notes? There is a reason why it is called "SKILL BALANCE" If some skills/items/stats are way outperforming others, it is in the games best interest to nerf them instead of just buffing everything else to match it. It keeps the game fresh and otherwise you would have something beyond power 'creep'.

200% increased Flame Golem damage.

Maybe the quad-golem build will finally work.
Too bad it's not my starting plan.
nerf nerf nerf ... why not buff the bad things instead ?

Judging by the language of your post, swearing like a 5yr old, you wont listen to reason anyway.
If you can't see why 100% up-time of flasks is too much, then that is your loss.

While I agree that his post was ridiculous, I gotta ask... Uh.. What 5 year olds have you heard swear like that? Wouldn't wanna live in your neighborhood..

But that's not "fun" apparently.

~Just to be clear, that was sarcasm, I've seen the level of mentality the majority of posters here possess.

It says "per active blade" so to me the first is counted too. But i was a little ironic there. I can't imagine such a thing to exist. Especially when you're trying to nerf a skill. I think it's just an error of wording like i saw another one with "increase" and then "more" right after.

About the hit rate it'll be additive too for sure.

ah yeah you're right, i thought it said per additional blade

so if they mean increased and the hit rate is additive at 20 stacks we'd be doing +420% (including the 30% nerf) damage capped at 5 hits per second, which would be a small buff in raw damage over old blade vortex

Explain how nerfing the only viable builds into slightly less viable builds keeps the game fresh?

It's not like the sub-par builds/skills can suddenly run Shaper or Uber because the vastly OP builds just became less powerful (and some semi-viable builds get completely ruined in the process).

You make no sense.
