For normal mapping, not a problem. If you see a mob with physical reflect, simply click once and they will die.

For map mods with physical reflect, you can replace one of the support gems with Physical Damage To Lightning support and that should be enough.

There are many options:

- Life Leech Support gem
- Warlord's Mark (curse)
- Passive Tree nodes that provide life leech
- Unique items that provide life leech (i.e. Doryani's Invitation)
- Flasks (i.e. Atziri's Promise)

Poison is applied instantly on hit (the damage over time then lasts for a short period of time). At lower levels I would recommend Mortem Morsu claws, as these apply poison on hit and thus there is no need for you to use a poison gem. Eventually VoidHeart + Scourge claws are the optimal choice (Level 70+).

From level 1-12 use whatever is most optimal that you get from your quests (and drops). When you hit level 12 get Essence drain (combined with contagion) and level to level 34. Then get Mortem Morsu claws and start using blade flurry.
