That would be tough in a desolate area with baren buildings and limited apparel.

I spoke to him in the nether between life and death, where our souls leave the physical plane and achieve higher oneness with the universe and its laws of energies. He revealed to me that he scuba dives.

Well now we know how he calmed the stormy sea.

So far people "THINK'' HP nodes are the best, but everytime there is something out there that isn't going to be found if people rest on "fix this" and "I think". You have to remember, just because a large number of people agree, doesn't mean that all of you aren't basing this on what you understand insofar as knowledge goes. For all you could know, there is something spectacular in that brilliant tree, and only the most rewarding person will discover it.

Now do you understand my position, dave?

I don't understand why you would resort to assumptions then assume I'm making assumptions when I clearly am not. It seems like the lowly thing to do. Call that an assumption, too. I really wouldn't care. Your post seems to be aimed towards getting a rise out of me without logic and sense. Go ahead and call that an assumption, too. It doesn't change the actuality of my intent.

More assumptions. Has it occured to you that this amazing discovery will be the result of that particular person looking past heavy HP and IC builds? Thus the reason for it being "amazing" and a "discovery".

Could you write it with slightly better grammar? It's unreadable.

Why don´t you just answere to why you made this thread and what´s your intention behind it.

Not a misconception. I agreed with Volcanic on that matter. What I don't agree is how you two focus on fixing the HP King and ES builds rather than looking for that threshold that does exist. There is always something people overlook. All I'm asking for people to do is to look for it while GGG is doing their job. I want people to take what they have accordingly and with great judgement. That's all I'm saying. People worry too much about the "fixes" to ask the "ifxes".

I read between the lines and I'm well aware of it. I already agreed, but I'm pushing this up a notch to get people to be more open-minded even when the tides aren't on your side. There is always something there. Always.

You might be surprised by this, but I enjoyed your psychological profiling of people in this case.

So far people "THINK'' HP nodes are the best, but everytime there is something out there that isn't going to be found if people rest on "fix this" and "I think". They dont think they are the best; they know they are the best. Even if one or 2 magical no life builds, like maybe a summoner, exist, what does that say? Is the game really better off having a couple fringe builds that bypass the all life builds over "fixing" the life builds by either nerfing/buffing things to make other builds more attractive? Sometimes things just need fixed. I don't see how finding a build or 2 and going, "aha! dont change a thing" trumps the fact that the game is dominated by life builds because other stuff is underpowered and/or life is overpowered in correlation.

Hell, even then those builds would more then likely be made better by simply going hp; because hp nodes and life in general is so much stronger then anything else minus maybe crit modifier. However thanks to penalties of dying, life easily trumps everything. Dying costs you days of playtime.

When we state they are the best, it is not to be right; it is to get them fixed. As I said, they are boring builds. They are also bad for the game. 1 or 2 fringe builds diff. from the norm(and even then it can always be argued life builds are better because the nodes are always inherently better nodes) does not make the fact that stacking life is better 90% of the time. And as I mentioned about people, they are boring and bad for the game. When people talk about how much better CB was back in the day, it was because you stuck your points primarily in dps nodes; you didnt need 200% hp nodes.

We state this over and over to get it fixed, and to keep noobs from screwing up and quitting the game because they made the same mistake all noobs make: damage nodes.

Life being so far and away better then anything else stifles build diversity in the game. Just like ranged being far and away better then melee makes melee terrible. Sometimes things just need fixed.

I don't have one. Do I have to have one? It's information. Information is generally neutral on every spectrum.

I disagree with the former and agree with the latter. This is the capital of our discussion. So let's really make this clear: "I haven't said anything about PoE being perfect the way it is. I've said everything to dissuade people from thinking PoE is stuck with HP and ES builds till it's fixed by GGG. I want people to keep going and discovering new builds under this stress and tension between us all. It's a great moment for success. A facilitator, at it's finest. Never say "I know", as a human being, it will only lead you to much smaller information pool."
