"Considering that life is only part of a build, it's very unlikely people will think "gee, I'll ditch life out of sheer innovation". You would need obscene amounts of armor or evasion, and even then you can just stack both that and Life. Life simply goes with any new idea, period. Also most build ideas aren't based around whether they stack life or not, people stack life to make their ideas work. You will probably say that people should stop calling them life builds and that we agree, but I think it's clear that you took to what they called it too seriously as fact. |

I agree that it isn't balanced, but where we disagree lies in our expectations and willingness to explore the darkest regions of this game's mechanics with a different way of thinking that eludes the common HP and ES builds people are tired of. People are still coming up with interesting ideas that most people never would've dreamed of. There is a lot of ideas left on the table, but right now people have their troll face masks on to notice them. You're not a troll, which is why I agree with you, but the cries over HP and ES seems to be more along the lines of people throwing a fit because they can't come up with a build that doesn't require obscene amounts of ES or HP. However, I address life on a universal level that is strictly uni in every form with a hint of duality.
