Hmmm may I suggest giving priority to people that have at at least one post... Many of the accounts that have no forums post are bound to be duplicate accounts made by some ppl to increase their chances...

Every time you complain about not getting a key, you have to wait a little longer~
But I concur with OP's idea, a lot of your keys that have been given out are not even being used. |
