Constant high ping since yesterday on Aus server

Hi,

Since last night I have been getting about 150-170ms on the Aus server, I am in NZ and before last night I have been getting between 30-40ms.
As far as I am aware nothing has changed with my ISP or my modem settings or PC settings...
It just started lagging and I am lost as to what might be causing it.
I am currently getting better ping playing through CA (US) than on the Aus server...

Also to note that my ping does go back down to 30ms while in hide out some times... but once I enter a map in the map device or go elsewhere the ping goes back up to 170ms.

WinMTR log bellow.

welcome to brazil's world =D

i'm actually, so, but so freaking glad that this is not only a brazilian problem anymore, sorry about feeling so good about it.
Buff life on the right side of the tree! Just a little! Pretty Please!
Hey I'm getting the exact same thing. If you spam new instances (or just go through the game normally), you will hit on some that are back to normal ping. I know that there's a way to check the IP of the most recently connected to instance but can't remember how. For now I resorted to california because at 140ms its better than Aus lol

Way to jump the gun there.

His problem starts before his connection even gets as far as anything GGG related

124.150.165.62 - 0 | 154 | 154 | 156 | 158 | 194 | 157 |

Here his latency jumps to 150 and spikes upto 200

Not server related, he should be contacting his ISP and providing them with the report

Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

He who controls the pants controls the galaxy. - Rick & Morty S3E1
Yup, IDENTICAL problem (I'm from NZ too), since about early yesterday NZ time. I generally get around 30ms on Aus servers, I'm hitting 180 consistently.

Like someone else in the thread said, if i continue to go into instances, maybe one in every 8 would be about 30 ping. (very very unstable though, fluctuating between 30-70 causing mobs to jump forward).

bump for clarification/fix.

edit: Ilz what ISP you with, someone stated it might be an ISP problem. I'm with Vodafone.

What trouble shooting can I do on my end to make sure its the ISP? Ive called vodafone, they are useless as fuck re general stuff... when it comes to this they have no clue what so ever.
The thing is all the other games I play, mainly BLIZZ games are fine... the ping is just how it used to be..
The problem is only with POE..
Ive done a speed test via Aus servers and it gives me 40-50ms...
I just dont have a clue about this stuff and logically, since everything else seems to not lag, it indicates to me that its something to do with GGG.

Damn, I guess it seems it might be possible to be our ISP, doesn't seem to be anything on their site about maintenance that might correlate to our high ping.
