What do you think "Stacked Deck" will do? Sheriff_K Wins!

Initially I thought something similar as Setharial proposed (page 1), but as the effect was initially worked into an unique, I don't really see how that would have been done. Because the guys at GGG are fans of MTG, I think the cards will have something to do with storing specters in cards.

Second guess: the Stacked Deck adds three mana for every socket of a given color that you click on.

It will give you 10 random "decks" of divination cards ready to hand for rewards.

A new currency for master crafting.

Awhile back I suggested that Hargan sell you random draws of divination cards (because he seems like the kind of guy who would be up for gambling). So the idea of divination card "booster packs" definitely appeals to me.

2nd try: Using Stacked Deck would make you "lucky" and master crafting mods would roll twice and it would pick the better roll
