Vampirism - 300% more life regeneration. Your life regeneration reduces your life instead.

Power Fade - 300% more mana regeneration. Your mana regeneration reduces your mana instead.

Spectralasis - +3 number of spectres. Your spectres deal no damage.

I Know Kungfu - 500% more xp gained. If you die you lose all levels.
Support the cause. Free the ascendancy points from LAB.

Other top 3 issues. Make standard great again. Fix XP (add fatigue system). Fix lag.

Actually, that would work too. Was more about Death's Oath, but when I think about it now, it would still be kind of lackluster. TBH, the damage from this item should scale with chaos damage... :V

You'd lose chance to Evade, but you'd still be able to use Block/Dodge. You'd trade some survi for mad damage/move speed scaling. :P Not to mention that would open doors to other "Evasion scaling" items. Two-handed swords, maybe (like some sort of unique Exquisite Blade)?

+3 spectres way too op, literally a game changer (even without damage)

Kungfu would be a no-brainer pick for literally every HC character
