It's time for preleveled/preascended characters to enter the shop or be made available somehow.

I've added some of the alternative restrictions you mentioned in the OP. I haven't been posting a lot because i am afraid of being banned by the forum leader.

The moderation here is definitely draconian. The worst for me was having a post edited and being suspended for saying someone used a straw man argument. Evidently the mod in question thought "straw man" was some kind of horrible insult. My advice is to use the user-made forum ignore script. When I read something from the kind of people who might prompt me to say something suspension-worthy, I immediately ignore them. The forum is much better when you don't see posts from the worst users.

I mean, is this over the course of all time or is this per league, because if it is per league very few people will level that many characters into merciless, except maybe streamers.


Which brings me to my next point, the topic is essentially saying lets just sell streamers a faster way to level back up after each death, because they can def support purchasing this advance if they are partnered with twitch more then likely. Not only that but then this becomes an issue where streamers can solicit donations specifically for character advancement purchases, not something I'd personally like to see happen.

Overall I don't think this is going to happen and it would be utterly deter mental to the game if it were.

Review the Q\A post Chris made regarding MTX's, this fits under the category of "we dont do", not sure why a dev won't just post and say this isn't something we are going to do.

I like how he conveniently ignores the option that it doesn't have to be MTX. lol. Way to try to Straw Man it.

I'm extra doomed but, I'll risk it.

The only advantage I can think of is follows. I'm playing a high level character and would like a leveled gem. However, my character class is not able to purchase that gem from a vendor. So, I purchase a pre-leveled character of the needed class just to use that character to purchase the gem. In order to prevent this advantage the pre-leveled characters should not be able to purchase pre-leveled gems from the vendors without first completing the required quest.

Honestly, the leveled gems are such a small deal it doesn't even matter. The fact that vendors sell them in the first place already undermines the gem market for non-Superior gems. Beside that, build-enabling options are generally a good thing, and it isn't like you are getting free uniques just handed to you, or anything ridiculous. It's just a gem.

Yeah indeed, everyone's here know we can trade as easy with 24 characters slots and no premium stash tabs because there is acquisition which is rarely updates the first days on a new league right ? Such lack of honnesty lol, when having 24 slots is tedious and needs to relog each time, when just paying new premium tabs just allow you to remove acquisition and even put fake B/O's or some poe.trade common abuses it allows.

You very frequently make these kind of personal attacks. The only reason that I can think of as to why you do this is that you are trying to derail the topic of conversation. Which is troll like behavior that is disruptive and not appreciated.

You didn't understand how it goes there ? Moderation ignores ad hominem and all troll behaviours from WK's. Since they are crusading the game at all costs they can use ad hominem points, where you can't and will get reported by these salty people and moderated if you just answer em with the same unstandable tone they take. They are aware of this and thats why they get cocky there and nowhere else, since everyone's know such arrogance and behaviour would result in other places :D . They are just being arrogant with people and then reports if they get the answer they deserved like babies. Then they ask why people left this forum and prefer reddit or external forums for feedbacks xD. Even GGG's staff answers more on reddit than in these WKs f.fest :) .

Currency tabs, LOL. I mean if you really think currency tabs provide people with really anymore advantage then additional tabs, idk. As for premium tabs, it has been explained a number of times on why it doesn't matter that they have trade functionality, if you can't accept the reality of the situation, then that is on you.


I haven't used acquisition to trade, but I do open it up every league and I don't recall it taking DAYS to be updated, can you prove this is indeed the case, instead of just making a claim without anything to back it up?


Not only that, I've explained many of pages ago, why leveled characters is massively different then tabs, but don't bother reading that, because you know making your claims is much easier when you ignore the opposition.
