Add a life roll to it, bump up evasion by a couple thousand percent?

hotfooted (limit 1)
(10 to 15)% increased Movement Speed while Ignited
while ignited add +2 or 3 fire damage to melee attacks every 1% increaced movment speed

Fairgraves hat I'm thinking about doing RF next league and want shock immunity.

Take it 1 step further, even the drawback:

75% reduced number of zombies allowed
+5000 to zombie maximum life
50%-60% increased zombie resistances
50% increased zombie size
zombies deal 200% to 250% increased physical damage
enemies killed by zombies explode (bigger explosion radius)
Not a specific item, but one thing I'd like to see improved with items in the future...

Mixed armor stats are weaker than single armor stats. For example, a pure Armor value is always much higher than a mixed Armor and ES value in dropped gear. This punishes more balanced builds and rewards the common, done-a-million-time builds.

Shit yes, that thing is so outdated it hurts, it's common as dirt now too and even has a card.

Though, Chris did say they're planning to make a pass through least used uniques some time soon and buff them, regardless of Prophecy.

I assume fated uniques will just get one new mod and that we'll see full reworks in that update.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
