Cartographer's Delight just shows again that quarl has absolutely NO clue what he is doing with maps.

who the fuck is even going to pick up a card that gives you 1/3 of a T5 map?

ALSO it absolutely INVALIDATES their stance on map drops and the removal of +2 drops.
remember the "+2 is too dangerous"? now you get +5 (or +4, however you see it).

i see only 2 zones where this div card even would make sense to drop.
dried lake and aqueduct. put it in another zone and no1 will farm for it which would make it even more useless.

personally i love some of the low level maps. there are also quite some div cards that drop only in those low level maps. is this a try to make them more rare? (lesser of those maps get played).

this is a very bad thought-through move and shows you lost all your creativity!
why not make it unid-coruppted? this would AT LEAST make SOME sense.
or let the card have an item level and let it give you a map with the level of the averaged item level.
