You misunderstand me. This is how I USED to plan out builds, counting as I went along, mentally, in the game's skill tree, just to see how much of what I wanted I could actually fit in a build, and when I'd get it. Your tool is a much preferable method. Thanks!

Update:

- added Avatar of Fire (though not sure about the numbers, maybe someone need to confirm if Skilltree ED is multiplikative or additive with increased elemental damage. The formulas look really complicated in case they would be additive because you would have to distinct between converted fire damage and non-converted one and so on. We currently have no AoF build to test numbers on)

maybe you should describe what you are doing better.
-did you unzip the package
-to what path did you unzip it
-what system are you using exactly
-have you tried running it as administrator(although i understand that that would be a bit strange with random tools from the internet)

Unzipped, tried D:\Games\Path of Exile\, C:\PathOfExileSkilltree, E:\Test, and C:\
Running on WinXP 32bit with SP3
It's not the first time I run into .Net dependant problems.
Most common solution is "reinstall plox" which I'm too lazy to do now...

Ah there could be the problem. I could only test it on Windows 7 as I have no other windows installed.

Ok, confirmed. Gonna fix it in the next release. If you want to consider it in the calculation for now, just add 2% ED in the additional stats or fix your xml.

Other features that would be very handy are a search function for particular or even just general passive skills, and a shortest-route calculator. But as it is, I'm using your program quite a bit already.
