2.6 Renewed Leary's Auramancer (Spectre, AW etc)(Great flexibility, Shaper farming!)

I hadn't seen the changes to the guide. Made this in 2.4. I guess it's time to switch to united in dream. Seems very good for this build.

I'd like to ask about the spectre choice though. Slashed miscreations are probably the best for single target but they're harder to get than sentinels and also their AI is pretty bad compared to the sentinels.

How big would you say the difference is against single targets (like the Shaper). I'd much prefer to use flame sentinels for their great clear speed, AI and availability but if the miscreations have e.g. twice the damage then I guess I have no choice :P

Id recommend slashed for shaper (way more than just twice the single target dmg when you use conc, tho new conc is slightly worse), but they're not hard to get, just buy a map with the demonic prefix. After u raise a slashed miscreation and enter shapers realm you'll be able to upgrade them by using desecrate there, eventually you'll be guaranteed to get the corpse if you entered with that spectre.

Flame sentinels are definetly recommended for mapping, however, if you dont feel like swapping, you can run the 4link AW to compensate for the clearspeed.

Didn't know your own spectres were added to the available desecrate corpses on the map. That explains how I got slashed miscreations on Chimera yesterday. Thanks.

I'm looking to respec my legacy SRS character into this, but I'd just like to be sure the auras are actually manageable before I do.

Yeah, but even with conqueror's efficiency it's 101% reserved.

I'm having a similar problem. I've got the 5% reduced helmet and all the nodes from the tree and I can run everything only if I don't use enhance for the curses.
If I put in conqueror's efficiency as well then I can run enhance but I only have 10 mana left so I can't even use convocate. So I need to use enlighten for the curses in which case I can replace conqueror's with an es/damage jewel.

Well, there is something wrong then. So, depending on what you are using, envy or midnight the setup should look as follows:

Midnight bargain: 1 purity, disc, haste in prism. 2 curses, enhanced and 2 purities off-prism.
34% mana reduced from tree + jewel. No helmet specifics needed. 35% auras should be at 23% off-prism and curses should be 26%, and should leave you with 2% of your mana pool leftover.

Envy: 2 purities, disc in prism. 2 curses, enhanced, haste and 1 purity off-prism. Blood magic gem linkless in united in dreams (lvl 20 gem) for envy. 4% + on the helmet as well as the 34% from tree and the jewel. I dont know the exact numbers from this again, but it leaves you with just 1% left over.

If this fails, make sure you havent any other supports linked with any of your auras. If even that doesnt fix it, I dont know it either. Maybe the new rounding fucks it all over? it shouldnt tho, because it was a beneficial change

@Aias. If 10 mana isnt enough, did you consider using lvl 1 gems? there is no reason to use lvl 20 active gems for this build. I had only 9 mana left for normal mapping and its enough to sustain a lvl 1 cwc wither setup

I'm already using 1/20 wither and whirling blades. I could use a lvl 1 convocation (currently 20/20) which would work. But whirling blades has a fixed 15 mana cost so that wouldn't work unfortunately. Shield charge would work though so I might do that. Thanks again.

Also found slashing miscreations in a random chateau. Demonic guarantees them but it's not necessary. If I don't have a demonic map I use evangelists (easy to find in scepter of God). They use a phys spell so they work with the same links (not sure about increased duration) and they have a nice proximity shield that helps sometimes.

Ah, that did it.

In your original post it says "Prism Guardian: Purity of lighting - Purity of Ice - Discipline", so I used those and it was too much reserved.
