I am playing on steam, and says patch is still encrypted so it can't download.
Running VCredist on steam poe folder doesnt help IGN: Pumar, Pumam , PumarR , PumaPunch , PumaWander , PumaCleave, PumaSlams

Same issue here, tried running the VC_redist.x86 and get an install failure.

That VC_redist does not work, stops at 90% or so at processing windows7_msu_x64

Anyone who got that install failure from the redist, can you try following the instructions here:
