That's fine, the kind of items im talking about are around 3-5 exalts with a fair number of other items with similar stats.

No reason to pointing at Zeno here. I ocassionally watching him in background while grinding through maps and 95% of the time he's entertaining and helps out people a lot. He's like a mirror; if you give him respect he treats you with respect, but that works in the other direction as well; if you making such a no-go like that guy then poor you.

Of course, he is not all the time superbestbrofriendskind, like ZiggyD, but people are different and also have different backgrounds.

Should be 5mbit, not 100% sure (sitting in Germany). Its lagging for me sometimes at peaktimes as well. But i just switch to predictive instead of lockstep then.

thought #1: I agree with Boem mostly about the drama

thought #2: While I dont agree with what Zeno did and would never do that myself, I think it's within acceptable in-game behavior in a game like PoE. Is it a dick move ? Sure, it's definitely a big dick move.

thought #3: Since it doesn't concern in-game behavior, there's little reason to discuss this in context of PoE. Yeah community schommunity, at the end of the day it's about a certain individual streamer pulling a dick move, and community has nothing to do with it. This stuff is between viewers' moral conscience and Zeno.

Back when I was just starting to look at streams online, there was a huge drama involving a D3 streamer who allegedly was on wheelchair but then stood up *accidentally* forgetting his camera was up. The crowd in his stream dealt with him. And what he did was far, far worse, since he made up a fake story to get his viewers to give him money over pity.

The magnitudes here are incomparable; I guess the only reason people are so up-in-arms over this is that Zeno is well-known within PoE streaming community and somewhat unliked on reddit.


PS thought: It was kinda funny and baffling at the same time seeing something so harmless (you could interpret the message many ways and most of them are just harmless) triggering Zeno. Like, I still don't get it- that was a blowup of epic proportions for literally a trifle
