[2.2.0] Voltaxic Poisonous Quills [End Game Mapping Build]

This build is even more powerful with Ascendancy. I ditched the Lightning coil for evasion armor with life and 3 resists. I fitted Maligaro's Virtuosity for more punch. The author of the guide is correct in this is a frenzy oriented build. I am a Ranger and chose the Raider class, 4 points to Avarar of the Slaughter and my other 2 to Rapid Assault. Wow, INSANE gear, just wow. I can't immagine how good this is :D

And a little "update", I am working on transitioning Poison Quills into Poison COC Quills, will add this as a second option once I am satisfied :)
