Yes, obviously, by definition a customer has value to the company to-which they are a customer...

I'm not sure if you're attempting to imply anything by asking this (since you quoted me), or just asking a standalone question which has nothing to do with my experience?

If it is the former, then I'll tell you this: I definitely had value to them while I was a customer. I bought more microtransactions from their game than you would probably care to hear/know about.
I had value to them at one stage too. I want to be a valued customer, not just a regular pissant one.
