I'm having a similar issue. I downloaded the program, it installed itself, then i tried to run it and after flashing up the opening screen for a second, it gives me an error, actually a few in a row: "The D3D device has a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released" "Failed resetting Direct3d device objects" "DXUTCreateDevice Failed" Then the sound for the opening screen will flash on a few times over the next minute or so, then nothing. Im on Windows XP, It says "Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family" under Display Adapters, and I dont know what graphics card i have. Thanks in advance for any help. Path of Exile requires 3.0 minimum at this time, sorry.
