As soon as you pick "Way of the Poacher" in the Raider-Tree you have a 10% chance to get a Frenzy Charge on Kill.

It is a good post for the beginners to have a easy funny build to play POE:) However, there i got some questions hope can giving me some advice.
1. If i use storm cloud while im leveling, is it still the perfect choice to link split shot with added fire damage? As i know added fire damage is depends on the bow phy. damage but storm cloud is no phy. damage, right? 2. As i choose scion as my character (as it is much beautiful than other characters) so i try to based on your skill tree to try have a skill tree for scion hope can give me some advice for me to improve the build. Here's my planned skill tree. What do you think of my current stats, gear and tree? Is it enough to get through cruel and start merciless? When should I do the Labyrinth to get the Ascendancy? At which point should I replace this bow? For a better (but no harbringer) or just when I have enough for a good harbringer... Thanks. Gear:
