Please educate me, why does anyone consider PoE to be "hard"?

PoE is hard if you can't press 1 button (flask),
and if you can't press left mouse button and hold it down. If you can manage to do both of those feats in the same time not even the infamous Über Atziri will stand a chance. I am intrested in how a Kiwi tastes like...
