I know it's on kill...I was saying it would be about right if it was on hit. The gloves need to be readjusted, the effect is useless.

If you use Eldritch Battery, could the gloves function as a sort of mana leech with discharge builds that 1-shot most mobs?

yeah that was addressed by mark_ggg somewhere i believe, your max ES is 0 so you can't gain ES i believe he said.

I think The Last Resort Nailed fist is really terrible. Don't need any more powerful dmg uniques for low level. If there's going to be more low level uniques, do them for things that aren't just plain damage; what's especially good is if they still have some sort of minor use in the mid game.
The worst thing about the last resort is all the mods gained from low life. No one is capable of maintaining low life at low level, and being at low life naturally is terrible even with some mods because it is on the brink of death. At low level there's not even much change to get additional life to make the low life a larger buffer... it's all just really pointless. Fresh cakes for all occasions.

" Thing with a wander unique, a blue 'Electrocuting Imbued Wand of Incision' pretty much kicks anything without those 2 mods out of the picture. A wander unique wand, would pretty much have to meet those 2 mods..and some. Which would put it way overpowered without a hefty downside and difficult to have a downside that would be worth taking over an 'Electrocuting Imbued Wand of Incision' let alone an extended-craft one, with the wander being a delicate instrument in terms of where it is gimped any way. Sure, I'm with you in wanting such a unique, but can see the issues with one. Especially with last week's gloves being coveted and enough of a downside that I personally want to endure.
