^Not sure. I've not seen many around either, but that could just be because they're so damn powerful. I honestly think +1 curse mod makes them BIS gear for a lot of builds, especially after the elemental damage nerf. Curses are just sooooo extremely powerful...It's obvious that having to choose from only 1 (or 2 with heavy passive investment) is intentional, but these uniques allow you to break that barrier.

Here's another Deshret's Vise with a much lower reduced attack speed penalty. I don't know if the range is known, but this feels like a good roll. These would be very good for an Iron Grip ranger, as the attack speed penalty would be easy to make up and this is basically +30% physical damage.
