Besides %MoM, which secondary mod on a Watcher's Eye will benefit me the most?

10-15% Lightning Penetration
10-15% Mana Recovery Rate

That's a question that interests me too.
Can someone please look at my build to see where i'm going wrong?

I can only cast arc 4-5 times before I'm out of mana & my regen time just isnt keeping up.

I was having this problem before taking Agnostic but now its even worse - i have to spam my mana potion & heists are just impossible as the pack density kills me too quickly once my mana is gone.

Please bear in mind SSF!

What do you guys think about https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Pledge_of_Hands or https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Cloak_of_Defiance

Are they worthwhile considering for this build? Was suggested to look into them :)

Instant glaring issues (aside from uniques since you're SSF) is that you have barely any mana regeneration rate rolled on any pieces. Doing that is definitely a huge help for mana sustain. You also don't have Trigger Socketed Spell on your wand to make your desecrate setup automatic.

You can also work on rolling your shield with fossils to get the #% mana gained on block for more mana sustain using Lucent Fossils. SSF does make this a lot harder though as Atziri's Foible and Crown of the Inward Eye are super important for this build for sustain.

If you are having mana sustainment issues, go for a Watcher's Eye that gives the Mana Recovery Rate. If you aren't having sustain issues, always go for the lightning pen for more damage.

PoH is a lot harder to use with this build since we're using a Trigger Socketed Spell setup in our wand. The skill tree is also focused around if we are holding a shield, so you would have to change some things up to make PoH work.

Cloak of Defiance is a huge boon for the build though. Arguably BiS at a relatively affordable price right now (5.5ex or so). I should specify though that Cloak of Defiance is better for single target as it can't roll explode modifier.

For example
I use this as my chest piece with explode and damage taken from mana, but Cloak of Defiance still would boost my damage in comparison to single target. The downside of using Cloak is that it's mapping is SLIGHTLY slower because of the no explode mod.

Ive added 77% mana regen (swapped enchant on amulet & rolled new shield), still problem persists to a degree. Am I better off getting rid of Agnostic?

Also I'm finding that i very rarely use desecrate due to my unique boots creating corpses anyway, is this still something I should be using?

A while ago someone asked for video of the build and how it can work on more difficult content. I learned how to record the game and have uploaded a few videos. These might also help answer some questions on how Chain Support works. For my setup it has both good clear and single target damage, I barely have any crit chance so Controlled Destruction wouldn't be as good for me but it might be better for other setups.

You can see the clear speed in the Conqueror videos as they include the map and the Shaper video as well.

Full disclosure - I have a lot of time "invested" in getting the build to this point. It is possible to do almost all content with the build, provided you put in the time.

Finally, don't take these to be instructional, I make a ton of mistakes and there are other videos out there that actually explain the fights. Some of the hits taken are intentional to set off Wave of Conviction but most are just mistakes.

The build is pretty static at this point, if you look at my profile it is going to be pretty similar to what it was when I made these.

Thanks for sharing! Really like how you located Sirus in last phase, quick & smooth mouse movement!

Well, nice gear :o Im still leveling, with not too much gear yet, but you having 10k mana is crazy to me. Hope I can get there, but I find my gear is already high enough, dunno if I can get that much of a jump.

And thanks @Uragami I think I should look into that armor then, through for now I was happy with the one I used, think that was what the guide wanted or so.

I would argue cloak of defiance. The extra block on the rare is nice but a massive mana pool seems to help with both damage and survivability. Early on I was prioritizing life pool and it wasn't going all that well, had something like 5k, or maybe 6k, life and was getting blown up and not doing much damage. Now with 3.6k life and 10k mana with good regen things are going really well.
