Can we please get a response from GGG about FROZEN SKY?

I haven't seen any responses from GGG about order of the frozen sky. Its obviously an issue that needs to be addressed in the bloodline league. We are loosing the player base by the minute. This is frustrating for a person who loves this game and wants to see it thrive in all leagues. Please just a quick sentence from a dev on whether or not you are working on changing this broken mechanic. It will be greatly appreciated. POE 2 hype.

A simple "We're aware of the issue and looking into it." would go a long way. Communication matters.

True, there was a time when communication seemed more frequent and timely. It was when I dropped money on the game because I felt GGG was different from Activision and all other gaming companies that had lost touch with the customer base. I still believe that, but it is a little disheartening that important issues aren't even acknowledged. People are more understanding if they don't feel ignored as the latter is bound to come across as disrespect.

I guess it's easy for us players to be impatient when we really enjoy the game, and then something like Frozen Sky seems to become a road block that throttles the Flow of Fun. Then a day or two seems like an eternity, while to you guys that is very little time to develop, test, and deploy a possible fix. So a note like this is great, even if it may take a few extra days for the patch to hit. Just good to know that you're looking into it. Thanks again, it's appreciated! | |
