Want to try this build, but I'm not sure how to level up my scion.

lvl up to lvl 90 with ur lvl build as usual and transistion to this build whenever u got useful items for it

can i ask why you went power siphon for single target over barrage/kb?

" sure, personally I found PS best for a 4L singletarget skill. It has culling strike and highest base dmg modifier, so highest projectile dmg. KB can be used as well ofc, whatever u like best. barrage is highest tooltip dps but some projectiles will always miss ur target due to its projectiles spreading. so barrage's tooltip dps*4 is not true.
